Cancellation Policy

At Ludoravia Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy based on different booking types.

1. Flexible Rate Bookings

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged for one night’s stay.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

• These bookings are fully charged at the time of reservation.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or modifications.

3. Group Bookings (5+ Rooms)

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
• Cancellations within 7-14 days before arrival: 50% charge.
• Cancellations within 7 days or less: 100% charge.

4. Special Packages & Holiday Periods

• Special event and holiday bookings may have stricter cancellation policies.
• These will be clearly stated during the booking process.
