Welcome to Ludoravia Hotel! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for using our website https://ludoraviaa.com and our services. By accessing this website and booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Reservations & Payments

All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the chosen rate.
Prices are in HUF (Hungarian Forint) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Additional local taxes may apply.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 14:00 (2 PM)
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

Guests must provide a valid ID or passport upon arrival.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before arrival, unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will be charged for one night’s stay.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Non-refundable bookings are fully charged at the time of reservation and cannot be refunded.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect hotel property and other guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel. A cleaning fee of 50,000 HUF will be charged for violations.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest.

5. Force Majeure

Ludoravia Hotel is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
